I don’t know if you get Smithwicks over there. It’s the absolute bestestest Irish Ale. Guinness bought the brewery about 10 years ago and then ran a whole bunch of ads that they were changing nothing. The GOOD change they did make, was they started importing it to the States. There are a lot of Irish/Americans where I live and so it’s pretty readily available ( even on Tap at Applebees) but when I go on vacation it can be tough to find.
But seriously – the absolute best in the beer family!
