I took this photo back in January and as I was selecting my photo this week I really liked it. Was a dull and dreary day and the reflection to me captures that. This is our yard. I hope you enjoy.

Hey, it’s only my opinion.

You have palm trees in your yard WOW!
Plenty of them
It looks so cool and lovely. Have a great weekend Thom!
Indeed it was. You too my friend.
Hi Thom!
Oh, this is what I love about Hawaii even though I’ve never been there. I love green and stormy skies and mountains! Pretty shot!!
Happy weekend!
Mahalo my friend
Hi Thom!
I’m back!
I love this shot! A rainy moody day well captured!
I could use some of it here in the 96 degrees and humid day I’m having.
Hope all is well with you.
Hugs,
Carletta
Mahalo. Glad you are back
All is well my friend
Oh, you definitely captured the feeling, Thom! What a terrific capture for the day! Looks like the northwest has for most of the summer! Hope you are doing well!

Glad you enjoyed. I so love the PNW. I’ll never forget those trips
It looks beautiful even in a dull and dreary day.
I guess living here these kind of days are blah to me LOL yet beautiful
I miss tropical rains ; the hot water feel so strange… Nice reflection for the day !
Glad you enjoyed this my friend. Sometimes it does get chilly with our rains butI know what your talking about.
Looks like a brewing storm spilled all over your backyard.
Nice one.
Mahalo and it did believe me.
It’s hard for me to put the words “dull and dreary” with the word Hawaii…hmmm…but you captured it perfectly!
We’ve been over 100 for several days in a row now, so some of that dull and dreary would be a welcome relief!
Aloha!
Thank you my friend. I know I’ve seen those temps back there…it must be outrageous.
Ohhh, we had a summer storm last night so there are puddles in my backyard too! Our big palm tree just died on us because of a said Egyptian bug…but we still have several pine trees
Egyptian bug? Never heard of that.
It does reflect that dreariness but it is a moment captured and well done! xoxoxoxox. BTW you know our girl Rosidah starts Ramadan either tonight or tomorrow night depending on when the new moon shows its little face!
Mahalo…no I didn’t know that. thanks for the info.
Geez….where have you been?
Out to pasture LOL
Nice yard! I agree you did a great job of capturing the mood of the day. I love the palm trees and the mountain views!
Mahalo my friend.
