That was a great game and yeah, that interception and run-back will be on highlight reels for a long time to come. I feel a little bit worse, though, about my Bears losing to the Indianapolis Fillies.
I’m glad he did. I take it you like Drew LOL I read that on Quilly’s blog LOL. The fourth quarter was the bomb!!! And when they showed Drew with his son…brought tears to my eyes. Excellent game. As Larisa said some can be bad…but this one…DA BOMB!!!
Love this news on two counts: one, I LOVE it when the South beats the North at any damn thing, and two, we used to live in Baltimore and inherited that bad feeling about their sneak-away-to-Indianapolis Colts so pffffft on them.
I’m with Susan about the Colts…but I could care less about the Saints and the whole “poor New Orleans” sentiment…we hooked up our antenna to turn the game on, watched about 10 minutes and decided we didn’t care enough about either team to spend the time watching. Went to Stargate on HULU instead…
Way to go Saints. I loved the interception in the 4th Quarter. That so rocked. I knew then they had it.
You and me both my friend. SAINTS ROCK!!!!!
That was a great game, which cannot always be said for the Superbowl. Congrats Saints!
You are SOOO right there. It was excellent. I loved it
MWAH xoxoxo
I don’t have a TV, but I followed it online and the last quarter was terrific! New Orleans needed a win like that! Know you guys had fun!
Sylvia
I’m glad you got to follow it. It was excellent and you are right the 4th quarter was the bomb!!!

I have a post up about the game, too. Mine will probably earn me a pft. Can’t help it. That’s just how it is.

Ummm no. Your post didn’t even qualify for that to tell you the truth!
Pft!
Bite me!

You are so right Doug..It will be on the reels for quiet some time. Indianapolis Fillies…ROFLMAO!! Love it
Yep, our team won, god bless them! I would have missed all of this joy had I not married David. It was he who converted me to sports.

It was an exciting game!! But much too late a night here on the East Coast.
I’m sure of that. One of the benefits of living in the middle of the Pacific. 4:45 pm was done
It was awesome
I am soooo happy the Saints won! It was a great game!
Oh me too. It was very exciting
What I want to know is what you thought of the commercials…I wasn’t overly impressed!
They were the worst I’ve ever seen!
I had never heard about a “Super Bowl” until somebody told me what it was. I think whole America went mad with that. They even talked about it in our news !
So dear André is in New York, he is a clever business man (a good musician too) did you know that he is dutch ?
It’s a big event. Not surprised they talk about it on your news. Nope I didn’t know he was Dutch. Thanks for the info.
I love that tune. I never understood American football but always enjoyed those games!!
Glad you enjoyed it all the way around
Even I know it was a great game. Very exciting and I am happy The Saints won. They need a boost in New Orleans. I love you musical choice.
Microfiction Monday
Indeed it was. The music was the only thing I could think of. Yea for New Orleans!
Love this news on two counts: one, I LOVE it when the South beats the North at any damn thing, and two, we used to live in Baltimore and inherited that bad feeling about their sneak-away-to-Indianapolis Colts so pffffft on them.
WOOOOO!
Well if those ain’t the two best reasons I’ve ever heard of. You go sister WOOT!

Thanks, NANA!
Well Nana I’ve always liked the Saints but glad you enjoyed Stargate. Hulu is the bomb.
That was such a great game. The crowd we were with broke out singing “When the Saints go marching in” after that interception and touchdown…
How cool. That made the game.
your team won?
good!
otherwise, pft!
Thank you. Indeed it did.
Not only a great result but a fabulous games! Yes!
