TP4WW, What Part of a Fairy Tale Are You? and Proof That The World Is Nuts!
Before getting on to the quiz I have to thank you all for your comments on this new theme. I for one really like it and am very happy with it. I cannot ever seem to sit still and just let things be. Just the way I am I suppose. But I do thank you. A few observations:
1. I’m glad the load time is much better. That’s always great to hear. I will say however, I don’t know if it’s because I have removed my blogroll plug-in or not. I did it right before the theme was changed. Regardless I’m glad it’s loading faster for most of you.
2. I wanted continuity from my old theme to this one. I like what Bert did and am very pleased with it. He is working on more changes so you might see a few things differently in the days to come.
3. I always try and look at things with the glass being half full. That said, yes there was a change in people having to enter their name, email and URL. There are so many variables that it might be that it is impossible to know why you might have to be doing that. It might be my settings, the theme, your browser you use, your computer. Who knows. But the quick loading of the theme to me far out weighs that concern. Bert is still looking into that and if he does find a solution we will implement it but it’s not a priority. In life you just can’t please everyone but there are some very easy ways that you don’t have to re-type everything:
a. Register on my site, log in and it will keep you logged in until you clear your cache then log on again and away you go
b. Enter the first character of your name, email or URL and it should remember what you previously entered so you click on that and away you go
c. Click on the empty field (Name, email, URL) and it should also remember what you last entered and again click on it and again away you go
4. The Feature Box: Each day the posts that I do for that day will be in the Feature Box. I have slowed this down to 4 seconds. It was at 3. Hopefully that gives you enough time to see what the post is about. 5 seconds was dreadfully too long. I have started using excerpts. Just little snippets of what the post is about. So that should be enough time. Also if you want to stop the Feature Box from scrolling, to the right of it you will notice that it lists the posts that are being featured. All you have to do is click on one of those and it stops the scrolling and will display the post you clicked on. It will stay there until you click on the next post in that box to the right. That way you can read them at the speed you want.
All in all I’m very pleased with this theme and ALL the feedback. Without you all this blog would be nothing. Mahalo! On to the quiz..

I liked today’s quiz. Most of the answers seemed almost obvious to me, and then I totally agree with the result. (And from the look of it, there’s a lot of “mysterious” people around here. lol)

Well…apparently I’m a Castle.
Also I am currently using Google Chrome and on your first page I am still seeing it move up and down. It does it depending on the scrolling across the top. Or that is what it seems to be to me.
