Microfiction Monday #38

written by Thom - July 4th, 2010 at 3:02 pm

Susan at Stony River Farm hosts Microfiction Monday. She posts a picture and you compose a story in 140 characters. You can click on the photo or link above to get further instructions. To help you along she has posted a wonderful link that counts your characters for you! How great is that! You can get the counter at Design 215. This meme is easy and it’s a blast. Mahalo Susan for hosting. This is great fun and I encourage everyone to participate.

SPYING TWITS

“Hurry up Sissy. Mom will be back soon!”

“Shut-up Sally. My fingers can only go so fast.”

“Well what is mom getting us for our birthday?”

Have a spying Microfiction Monday.

Hey, it’s only my opinion.

  1. I’m glad that’s all the trouble they’re getting into — two girls and a phone, oh no.
    LOL

  2. Ha…I love it! Spying Twits! LOL

  3. That is so true to life! Perfect!

  4. I could see this being my daughter and a friend. You do not know how ELATED I am that when she was this age the kids only had pagers! Thank God she couldn’t tweet boys!!! :)

Your title is perfect as Becky noted.

  5. Loved it! well done, Thom!

  6. Those crafty girls! Everybody has done that at some point LOL

    Have a wonderful week x

  7. My wife always takes the chance to spy out old messages if she comes across my son’s phone. She’s paranoia that he could be on drugs. He’s not but as he’s a student some 300 miles away what can we do! I work on the principle that what we don’t know wont hurt us and trust that he can’t do anything worse then what we got up to(Kids today no stamina). I’ve gone for the perfectly reasonable explanation of alien invasion.Today’s 140 story

  8. Nice one. hope they’re happy with it.

  9. Sounds like a girly chit-chat conversation where immediate prizes are very important! Great take on the photo!

  10. That’s a different approach. Well done.
