Susan at Stony River Farm hosts Microfiction Monday. She posts a picture and you compose a story in 140 characters. You can click on the photo or link above to get further instructions. To help you along she has posted a wonderful link that counts your characters for you! How great is that! You can get the counter at Design 215. This meme is easy and it’s a blast. Mahalo Susan for hosting. This is great fun and I encourage everyone to participate.

DINNER

“Hey Sam how much farther?”

“Hell I don’t know.”

“Well if we don’t get to the Obama State Dinner soon this earthworm is looking very tasty.”

Have an entertaining Microfiction Monday.

Hey, it’s only my opinion.

  1. LOL! I’ve had to wait for my Mother’s Day Dinner because I wanted to take pictures of the sunset at the beach where the restaurant is — I still have an hour to go and that worm sounds pretty yummy to me!! Great one for the week as always! Have a great evening, my friend!

  2. I have heard that a lot of people could get into that dinner without an invite.

  13. And I wonder whether those are their “dress robes”…on the other hand, no place to hide any security concern items!

  14. It isn’t beyond the imagination to picture some political types wishing all of Obama’s supporters would go eat worms.

  15. Hehe, another free lunch from the White House, eh? Nice one, Thom.

  16. They must have been walking quite a while for a worm to sound tasty!

  17. Well earthworms are a bit disgusting, but after all the talk of poo, I have to admit I’m relieved! Enjoyed your tale, Thom.
