January’s Photo Contest: The New Year

The New Year to me means getting family and friends all together at your house early on New Years Eve, making LauLau‘s from scratch all day and steaming them into the night, along with Chicken Long Rice and other Hawaiian food and celebrating at midnight good health, happiness and love throughout the New Year. Here’s my entry for the contest.

For me the New Year means new beginnings. I wish I had known about this sooner, I’d have gone down to the point and photographed sunrise.
Well we didn’t do it this year as I had to work…blah blah blah…And I’m sure your photographs, as usual, would have been stunning
